One in custody following multi-county Monday morning pursuit

BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. — One person has been arrested following a Monday morning pursuit across Harrison and Taylor counties.

The pursuit began in Bridgeport at 7:10 a.m. near the intersection of Tolley Drive and Lodgeville Road and continued on Route 50 to Main Street and eventually ended in Taylor County.

Officials said the unidentified suspect was taken into custody in Taylor County.

No other information has been released.
