Upshur judge to retire

A longtime circuit judge in Upshur County and Lewis County is getting ready to retire.

After more than two dozen years on the bench, Judge Thomas Keadle will start his retirement on January 31st.

It will be up to Governor Earl Ray Tomblin to appoint a replacement judge.
