Stills & Robinson arrive: All 21 football signees enrolled at WVU

Fairmont Senior four-star defensive lineman Dante Stills enrolled at West Virginia on Monday.

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Four-star recruit Dante Stills of Fairmont and Clemson graduate transfer Jabril Robinson were among the summer enrollees at West Virginia on Monday.

Stills and Robinson are projected impact players on next season’s defensive line, while defensive back Kwantel Raines of Aliquippa, Pa., also could emerge as an early contributor.

The offensive enrollees include four-star running back Leddie Brown of Newark, Del., along with Eastern Arizona Community College signess Michael Brown and Joe Brown, brothers who will bring more than 660 pounds to the offensive line.

The influx means all 21 signees in the 2018 class are enrolled, along with two grad transfers.

Rivals ranks West Virginia’s class No. 33 in the nation and fifth-best in the Big 12.

Among the walk-on newcomers was Emilo Appollloni, a 6-foot-9 offensive lineman from Martins Ferry, Ohio, who began his career at Purdue.

Yet to enroll are three verbal commitments from the high school ranks — Australian punter Angus Davies, Martinsburg linebacker Tavis Lee and defensive back Jayce Rogers of Valdosta, Ga. Lee and Rogers could be blueshirted, meaning they will be placed on scholarship in August and begin practicing but won’t play during the 2018 season.

Another grad transfer commitment, cornerback Denzel Fisher, has yet to sign pending the conclusion of his coursework at UCLA.
