Police look for suspect in Princeton bank robbery

PRINCETON, W.Va. — A bank in Princeton was robbed Wednesday afternoon and police are looking for a suspect.

According to authorities, a man walked into the First Community Bank on Oakvale Road, just off of U.S. Route 460, At 12:30 p.m. He handed a note to a clerk. He was given an undisclosed amount of cash and took off.

State troopers say the man did not show a weapon.

The suspect is described as a middle-aged white man. He’s balding with a goatee. He’s believed to be about 5′ 8” tall.

Police did release security photos.
