WASHINGTON, D.C. — U.S. Sen. Joe Manchin will meet with Supreme Court nominee Judge Merrick Garland Tuesday afternoon.
Garland was appointed by President Obama last month to fill the seat on the court vacated by the death of Justice Antonin Scalia.
The meeting will take place at 4 p.m. at the Hart Senate Office Building.
