Preston County woman identified in fatal crash

MONONGALIA COUNTY, W.Va. — A Preston County woman has been identified by authorities as the victim in a fatal crash last week near the Monongalia and Preston County lines.

Kendra Dawn Forman, 21, of Bruceton Mills, was pronounced dead at the scene. She was traveling west on Earl L. Core Road when she lost control of her vehicle, crossing the center line, and hitting an oncoming vehicle.

Roger Blosser, 44, of Masontown, WV, was driving the other vehicle. He and a passenger were transported to Ruby Memorial Hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.

The accident occurred around 4:45 p.m. Friday, Jan. 5.
