CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — A 34-year-old Georgia man is charged in the death of Courtney Nicole Dubois, 20, of Fairmont.

Terrick Robinson, of Cartersville, Georgia, appeared before U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael John Aloi Wednesday, one of four individuals charged in Dubois’ death.

Robinson pleaded not guilty to multiple counts against him, which includes multiple drug charges in addition distribution of fentanyl resulting in death. The latter charge carries a sentence of 20 years to life in addition to the multiple life sentences Robinson faces from other charges, according to Robinson’s attorney Tom Dyer.

No trial date has yet been set. Robinson is in custody of the U.S. Marshal Service.

Dubois was reported as missing from Fairmont in August 2018. Her body was found in a landfill in Bartow County, Georgia, cut up into pieces.

Dyer said two other defendants are also in custody.
