CLARKSBURG, W. Va. — For crimes they have committed while in federal prison, four inmates have recieved addition time.
Roberto Soto, 51, Gregory Pardo, 58, Antonio Martinez-Porta, 38 and Ahmed Johnson, 42, all inmates at the Federal Correctional Institution at Gilmer, entered guilty pleas to assault with a dangerous weapon with intent to do bodily harm. The sentencing is the result of a January 7 assault committed by the four.
U.S. District Judge Irene M. Keeley sentenced Pardo, Martinzez-Porta and Johnson to 24 months in prison and Soto to 30 months in prison to run consecutively to their current Federal sentences.
The case was handled by Assistant U.S. Attorney David J. Perri for the government.
In a separate matter, Ricardo Pizana, 29, an inmate at FCI Morgantown, entered a guilty plea to ossession of a prohibited object and was sentenced to three months in prison, which will will run consecutively to his current Federal sentence.
This case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Shawn A. Morgan.
Both cases were investigated by the Special Investigative Services Unit at FCI Gilmer and FCI Morgantown.
