CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A Jackson County man was shot and killed on the city’s West Side Sunday afternoon, police said.
Bryan Rogers, 29, of Ripley, walked into West Side Market and Deli on 7th Avenue at around 3 p.m. after being shot in the upper body near Rebecca Street.
He was pronounced dead a short time later at CAMC, said Charleston Police Chief of Detectives Steve Cooper.
A suspect had not been named by Sunday night.
