HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — A Michigan man was charged with murder Friday by Huntington police in connection with a shooting death last Tuesday along Ninth Avenue.
Kelly Lee Powell, Jr., 22, of Pontiac, Mich. is charged with allegedly shooting and killing Brandon Lee Taylor, 28, and injuring another man.
All three men involved have ties to the Detroit area, police said.
Police are still looking for Powell.
