BECKLEY, W.Va. — The victim of a fatal shooting on Main Street has been identified.
Beckley Police have announced Joshua Webb, 33 of Beckley, was fatally shot early Monday morning. The case remains under investigation.

BECKLEY, W.Va. — Two arrests have been made in connection to an early morning fatal shooting.
Beckley Police have taken Marshall Ratliff, 24, and Angus Moodie Jr, 38 both of Beckley, into custody. Ratliff has been charged with first degree murder, unlawful possession of a firearm and battery (unrelated warrant).
Moodie faces charges of accessory before the fact of first degree murder, unlawful possession of a firearm and domestic battery (unrelated warrant).
They are both being held at the Southern Regional Jail without bond.

BECKLEY, W.Va. — Details are limited in the investigation of a fatal shooting early Monday morning in uptown Beckley.
Beckley Police have announced they responded to 100 Main Street early in the morning to a shooting call. Upon arrival, they found a white male deceased.
Officers are currently reviewing surveillance video from the area and interviewing witnesses. Two people have since been taken into custody.
The victim’s identity is being withheld pending family notification.
