MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — WVU Health Sciences researchers used manikins in a number of recent tests to show how far droplets can spread from person to person if a mask is not worn.
Gov. Jim Justice signed an executive order on July 6 mandating that masks be worn in public buildings where social distancing cannot be maintained. Morgantown City Council voted earlier this week to enforce the mask mandate and remove the social distancing exception.
