A major winter storm is moving across West Virginia today and by early Friday morning is expected to deliver significant snow accumulation across much of the state.
“We’ll start out as a wet snow, but as we go into the night it will become dryer. But the evening commute is going to be very slick due to that wet snow, ” said Meteorologist Megan Kiebler at the Charleston Weather Bureau.
