DHHR: Active cases of COVID-19 drop near 400-mark

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Active cases of COVID-19 continued to drop Monday in numbers released by the state Department of Health and Human Resources.

The agency listed active cases at 406 and hospitalizations at 155 statewide.

There were four new deaths listed Monday a 76-year old male from Greenbrier County, a 74-year old male from Greenbrier County, a 50-year old male from Wayne County, and a 55-year old male from Brooke County.

Overall deaths are now at 6,743.
