One dead in Morgantown shooting

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – An investigation into a deadly shooting in Morgantown is in the early stages.

Police responded to a reported shooting Sunday evening around 6:10 at Friendship Manor on Van Voorhis Road. Officers found a man dead from an apparent gunshot wound.

Investigators say there is no threat to the area and the incident remains under investigation.
