Winzenreid appointed to House of Delegates, replaces Storch

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Gov. Jim Justice filled the empty seat in the House left by former delegate Erikka Storch.

On Monday, the governor appointed Diana Winzenreid to the West Virginia House of Delegates 4th District, which covers part of Ohio County.

Winzenreid will serve the remainder of the unexpired term after the resignation of Erikka Storch, who left the seat in May for an opportunity in the private sector.

Winzenreid attended Indiana University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Business Administration.

Justice said the IU grad is an expert in consulting for Fortune 100 companies and has dedicated part of her time to various philanthropic causes, including domestic violence, hospice care, and foster care training.

She currently operates her own digital marketing agency which collaborates with businesses nationwide on effective branding strategies.
