2 injured, police search for suspect in overnight Huntington shooting

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — Huntington Police are searching for a suspect in connection with an overnight shooting that left two people injured.

Police said two people were located inside a vehicle that appeared to have crashed in the 1000 block of 9th Avenue at approximately 12:40 a.m. Friday.

The victims were transported by Cabell County EMS to a local hospital to be treated for gunshot wounds. Both victims were listed in critical condition Friday morning.
