ZMM announces organizational shift to help in company growth

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A leading architectural and engineering firm in West Virginia has announced it’s made an organizational shift from being lead by a board of directors to a senior leadership model.

Adam Krason, ZMM Architect and Principal

ZMM Architects and Engineers said the change took effect Jan. 1.

“We are proud of the strong leadership we have built at ZMM, and these changes will position us to continue delivering innovative, high-quality projects to our clients,” said Adam Krason, owner, principal, and architect for ZMM. “We look forward to further growth and success and are confident that this new leadership structure will drive that success forward.”

The company said the new model will allow it to enhance communication and improve operational efficiency while it continues to expand.

ZMM, which also does business in Virginia and Ohio, will continue to have the same ownership.

The company also recently announced it donated more than $300,000 last year to support various organizations in West Virginia, Virginia and Ohio.

“We believe that a strong community is the foundation for growth and success,” Krason said. “Our team of more than 65 professionals is dedicated to making a difference, and we are proud to be able to collaborate with outstanding organizations to build legacies in the communities we serve.”

ZMM said it hit two major goals including setting a company record in total contributions and creating an endowed scholarship.
