SHINNSTON, W.Va. — Two people were transported to the hospital and one suffered serious injuries after a crash in Harrison County Monday morning.
The two-vehicle accident was reported on Shinnston Pike/Route 19 at around 9:50 a.m.
According to the Harrison County Sheriff’s Department, the person with serious injuries was ejected from one of the vehicles. The victim was rushed to Ruby Memorial Hospital.
The other victim reportedly suffered minor injuries.
An investigation into the cause of the accident is underway.
