Man accused in weekend Charleston murder in custody

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Charleston Police say the man who allegedly shot and killed another man on Sunday is in custody.

Jack Rolfe, 33, of St. Albans is set to be charged with first degree murder in connection to the death of 31-year-old Joshua Walls.

Rolfe had been on the run since the incident early Sunday morning where the two got into an argument at Walls’ Charleston home. Police said Monday that the argument started soon after Rolfe arrived.

Police told MetroNews Monday that they do have information on what the two were arguing about, but they weren’t ready to release it.
