Man wanted in Morgantown arrested in nearby Pennsylvania

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — A Morgantown fugitive is in custody after being on the run for close to two weeks.

Mark Kelly was arrested in Dilliner, Pennsylvania, by Greene County Sheriff’s deputies with the help of U.S. Marshals. Kelly was arrested without incident.

A Facebook post from the Greene County Sheriff’s Office said Kelly had been wanted in Morgantown since January 5 in connection with a strangulation case.

Kelly is being held at the Greene County Jail on a fugitive from justice charge.
