Third charged in fatal Barbour County overdose

PHILIPPI, W.Va. — A third suspect has been charged in connection with a fatal overdose in Barbour County that happened in late March.

Police said Jessica Blake, 41, of Philippi, who was one of two that overdosed that day is being charged with child neglect facing the risk of injury and is being held in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail on a $50,000 bail.

Police said Junior Collins died as a result of an overdose from drugs supplied by Blake and others.

Tiara Miller, 33, of Philippi, has been charged with drug delivery resulting in death, failure to render aid, child neglect creating risk of injury and child neglect. Miller is being held in the Tygart Regional Valley Jail on $200,000 bond.

Jeremy Tacy, 29, of Belington, has been charged with being an accessory before and after the fact, child neglect and conspiracy. He is being held in Tygart Valley Regional Jail on $80.000 bail.
