Probe underway involving Logan Middle School employees

LOGAN, W.Va. — Two staff members of Logan Middle School are on administrative leave amid an investigation into allegations of misconduct.

The Logan County Board of Education confirmed the probe, but could say nothing more about what is alleged. The school system is cooperating with prosecutors.

The county released a statement saying the two have been banned from the building pending an outcome of the investigation and that they are cooperating with law enforcement.
