HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — The Cabell County grand jury has returned a murder indictment on a man charged with killing an individual five years ago.
Quintel Thompson is charged with first degree murder in the January 2021 slaying of David Thompson.
David Thompson was found dead in a home on 6th Avenue at the time. Quintell is currently being held in a Kentucky jail on unrelated charges. He’ll be extradited to West Virginia to face the charges once he faces the charges in Kentucky.
