CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The state’s Judicial Vacancy Advisory Commission is accepting applications to fill a vacancy on the bench in the eastern panhandle.
Applications will be accepted through June 24th from those interested in serving on the bench in the 27th Judicial Circuit which is Berkeley and Morgan Counties. The vacancy was created by the retirement of Judge R. Steven Redding who retired after eight years on the bench.
