HUNTINGTON, W.Va. –Officials with Huntington National Bank announcing earlier this that they have ranked No. 1 among regional banks in both the JD Power 2026 Online Banking Satisfaction Study and the JD Power 2026 Mobile App Satisfaction Study.
The studies measure overall customer satisfaction with banks’ digital platforms, while evaluating factors which include information, system performance, design, and tools and capabilities within the website and app. Both studies have been based on responses from 5,249 and 5,599 respondents respectively.

Huntington Heads Up- alerts customers to any potential issues and opportunities, which helps them avoid fees, stay on track, and make informed decisions
Teen banking- offers tools and controls to help teens and their parents manage money together
Caregiver banking- helps caregivers support and manage the financial needs of loved ones with confidence and ease
