Huntington police, working with the U.S. Marshal Service, arrested Deion Crutcher, 44, of Detroit, in Michigan Friday and charged him with first degree murder in Harper’s death.

Police said Carpenter, a native of Detroit, was arrested early Saturday morning at his residence in Cabell County. He’s being held in the Western Regional.
