CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Gov. Patrick Morrisey has appointed Berkeley County Prosecutor Joe Kinser as the new circuit judge in Berkeley and Morgan counties.
“Joe Kinser’s extensive litigation experience, deep commitment to the rule of law, and focus on supporting local families make him exceptionally qualified to serve the 27th Judicial Circuit,” said Governor Morrisey said in a news release. “His career demonstrates an unwavering dedication to public safety, fairness, and the protection of our communities.”
Kinser replaces Judge R. Steven Redding who stepped down after eight years on the bench.
