COVID 19 has now been found in 76 inmates and staff at the Huttonsville prison, targeted testing has also pushed up the state’s positive rate. Early voting gets started today in West Virginia, Governor Jim Justice has no desire for a debate ahead of election day. State Parks are back open and West Virginians are enjoying their return.
