The state Senate passed a revenue bill that is a key portion of a budget deal with Gov. Jim Justice. The trouble is, the House of Delegates rejected it just a few minutes later.
Governor Justice said he was pleased the revenue bill passed out of the Senate and vowed to continue working on a resolution to the budget situation.
