Wheeling woman sentenced to ten years in prison for using daughter to film sexually explicit videos

WHEELING, W.Va. — An Ohio Valley woman is going to prison for a decade in a child sexual abuse case.

Kelly Pulliam, 40, of Wheeling, was sentenced to ten years in prison after pleading guilty Wednesday. Deputies said Pulliam utilized her teenage daughter in the production and distribution of sexually explicit videos, which were posted on social media and sold online. Pulliam reportedly exploited the teen by profiting off those sexually explicit videos.

Pulliam is already serving a five-to-20 year-sentence in connection to a human trafficking case.

She will serve the most recent sentence consecutively to that and she’s required to register as a sex offender for the rest of her life.
