Tomblin names Taylor Sec. of Administration

Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin has made an appointment permanent in the state Dept. of Administration. Tomblin announced Thursday that acting Secretary Ross Taylor is now the full Secretary.

“I am pleased Ross will continue to lead the Department of Administration,” Gov. Tomblin said in a prepared statement. “He has done an outstanding job, and I’m confident the state will continue to benefit from his public service.”

Taylor replaced Robert Ferguson when he left office last February.
