CLARKSBURG, W. Va. — A man accused of an armed robbery in Harrison County was arrested in Marion County Thursday night.
Christopher Michael Roof, 37, was taken into custody by State Police at the Jeannie’s Hot Spot on Fairmont Avenue.
Roof is accused of coming into the Rich Oil Gas Station along Milford Street in Clarksburg Monday night, demanding money while holding a gun and then fleeing the scene on foot.
He is currently being charged with robbery and is being held at North Central Regional Jail with bond set at $250,000.
