MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — August brings students back to campus, college football back to the forefront, and perforated season-ticket cards to the mailboxes of eager Mountaineers fans. And August brings Fan Day, with its replica helmets, selfies with Skyler Howard, and a group of new jerseys.
