MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — A Baltimore man facing drug charges relating to the death of a 2016 graduate of Spring Mills High School now faces additional charges in a separate drug related death.

Kelvin Johnson, 23, of Baltimore was charged with one count of distribution of a controlled substance Wednesday.
Berkeley County Prosecuting Attorney Pamela Games-Neely says the charge stems from the death of a yet unidentified 22-year-old found dead at an area strip club on May 28.
Johnson, along with Sykebia Stewart, 23, already face three counts each of distribution of a controlled substance after allegedly selling drugs to Jorge Armando Mercado-Medrano, Robert Haines, Jr., and three male juveniles.
“Toxicology is critical to the investigation in both of these incidents,” Games-Neely said on Thursday’s MetroNews “Talkline.”
Games-Neely said that is what will allow new charges to be brought depending on the circumstances.
Haines and a 16-year-old juvenile were hospitalized for apparent drug overdoses earlier this week.
Medrano, who graduated from Spring Mills on May 23, was found dead in his home.
