Hans Fogle grew up in Martinsburg, W.Va. He began his radio career while seeking a degree in mass communications at Shepherd University. He worked at several stations in West Virginia until 2008, when he took over as news director at WEPM. He currently lives in the Eastern Panhandle with his family.
