IKES FORK, W.Va. — The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office is continuing to investigate a fatal accident involving a pedestrian.
The department announced Ronnie Warrix Jr. was walking southbound along Route 52 around 6:30 Tuesday evening. The driver, Cavon Bailey, was transported to a local hospital for minor injuries.
Deputies say no charges have been filed so far. Bailey has been cooperative throughout the investigation.
