WELLSBURG, W.Va. — An industrial machine accident has claimed a man’s life in Brooke County.
Brooke County authorities said Daniel Lee Morris, 42 of Beech Bottom, died from his injuries sustained during an accident that occurred around 5:00 pm Tuesday at the Jupiter Aluminum facility in Wellsburg.
According to WTRF-TV, officials say the victim got caught in a mandrill.
The accident is being investigated by Jupiter and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
