Three Guys Before The Game – Cyclones Silenced & Texas Preview (Episode 441)

West Virginia against Iowa State was not a pretty basketball game. Who cares?

It was a basketball game, not a trip to an art museum. It may not have been pleasing to the eye, but WVU got the result it needed.

The victory over the No. 11 Cyclones keeps West Virginia’s hopes for an at-large to the NCAA tournament alive. However, the Mountaineers still have work to do. They must win at least four of their last seven games.

The next obstacle comes this Saturday when the Mountaineers play at Texas.

In this episode, the “Guys” present an analytical autopsy on why the Mountaineers beat Iowa State and preview this weekend’s date in Austin.

Listener questions and comments complete the show.
