Arrests made in Oak Hill shooting case

BECKLEY, W.Va. — State police say a man and woman from Indiana are in custody after a shooting in Oak Hill that critically injured a woman.

Andres Torres and Amanda Soultz were arrested in Beckley Friday.

Both are charged with first-degree attempted murder, kidnapping, first-degree robbery, and conspiracy.

They are being held in the Southern Regional Jail.

Additional information concerning the time of the shooting and the victim hasn’t yet been released.
