MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — 64 teams have advanced regional play in the WVSSAC Girls H.S. Basketball state playoffs. Regional games are scheduled from Tuesday, February 28-Thursday, March 2. Regional winners advance to the state tournament at the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center.
