MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — A man is in custody in Berkeley County, charged with killing his father.
Berkeley County Sheriff Rob Blair tells MetroNews deputies were called around 2:18 Tuesday afternoon to Tub Run Hollow Road in Hedgesville for the report of a shooting.
BCSD identified the man who died as Anthony John Congo, 67, of Hedgesville.
His son, John Alexander Congo, 25, of Hedgesville, was arrested and charged with murder.
Congo is being held without bail in the Eastern Regional Jail.
