Details with TJ: Senate Bill 505 Moves to House; Could Raise Mamaw’s Power Bill

Despite intentions to make electricity more affordable for West Virginians, one of the state’s electric utilities believes the legislation could raise customer bills, while the other believes the act could make proposed natural gas plants uneconomical. TJ breaks down the issue and offers his take.
