MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Regional brackets for the WVSSAC Soccer Tournaments are set. Single elimination contests will be played from October 20-30.
In a new wrinkle to the postseason format, sectional play has been eliminated in favor of larger regional tournaments. Seeds in each region are based on a vote from coaches. The 2025 state tournament will be the first three-class event.
Regional champions advance to the state tournament, which will be hosted by the Paul Cline Memorial Sports Complex in Beckley from November 5-8.
