CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Governor Patrick Morrisey has made an appointment to the 6th Judicial Circuit in Cabell County.
David D. Amsbary was selected to fill the seat, which was left vacant when Judge Paul Farrell retired.
Amsbary, the University of Massachusetts and the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law graduate, is a member of Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC in Huntington.
Amsbary also serves as the president of the West Virginia State Bar Board of Governors and has been a member of the City of Huntington Chamber of Commerce since 2020.
