LOGAN COUNTY, W.Va. –A Logan County man is in custody after he allegedly kept three individuals against their will.

Tony Ritchie Jr., 38, of Chapmanville was arrested Tuesday and has been charged with three counts of unlawful restraint, plus multiple parole violations charges.

According to a West Virginia State Police release, state troopers were helping parole officers conduct a compliance check at a residence in Chapmanville. Upon arriving to the scene, police found three people, two adult females and a three-year-old boy, allegedly being held against their will.

Troopers obtained a search warrant for the residence and made entry taking Ritchie into custody. The three individuals were located inside one of the bedrooms in the residence.
