FAIRMONT, W.Va. – Three people are in custody after police uncovered more than 100 grams of meth, marijuana, and fentanyl in a Fairmont home.
Rachel Sealey, Christopher Sealey, and Jason Dean, all from Fairmont, were arrested after Marion County deputies set up a controlled buy and then executed a search warrant, finding more than 191 grams of meth and fentanyl, in addition to marijuana and multiple guns.
According to court documents, Rachel Sealey is charged with possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Christopher Sealey is charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver or manufacture a Schedule I or II narcotic or methamphetamine.
Dean is charged with three counts of possession with intent to deliver or manufacture a Schedule I or II narcotic or methamphetamine.
