BECKLEY, W.Va. –One person is in critical condition Tuesday following a shooting in Beckley.
According to a release from the Beckley Police Department, officiers had responded to a reported shooting in the 100 block of Temple Street a little after 6 p.m.
The release said the victim was found with multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to a local hospital but has since been flown to another medical facility for treatment.
An investigation is underway into the matter.
No other information is known at this time.
