KENOVA, W.Va. — State police say a teenager was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Wayne County Thursday evening.
Troopers said Ronald Fraley, 18, of Fort Gay, lost control of his vehicle on U.S Route 52 near Kenova. The vehicle struck a guardrail and then went across the centerline and struck an oncoming vehicle before overturning.
Fraley was pronounced dead at the scene.
The wreck happened at about 5:45 p.m.
Troopers are continuing their investigation.
