WHEELING, W.Va. — The U.S. Marshals Service is offering a $3,500 reward for information leading to the arrest of a man charged in a Monongalia County shooting.
Authorities said Xander Finley-Ball, 18, escaped from a detention center in Wheeling on Oct. 10. Ball is described as a white male, 5-feet 8-inches tall, brown hair, grey eyes, and was last seen wearing a black hoodie and black pants.
Finley-Ball was a juvenile in July when he allegedly shot and critically injured a man at the University Commons apartment complex in Star City.
U.S. Marshals said that Ball “remains at large in the Morgantown/Clarksburg” area of West Virginia.
